摘要
采用交联催化法使普通的中温煤沥青成为碳-石墨材料的优质粘结剂,在探讨改质原理的基础上分析了改进的低压浸渍工艺对浸渍增密效果的影响,提出了新的浸渍增密规律──2/3法则.并研究了改质沥青的残碳律及由它制成的碳-石墨材料的强度等性能的变化情况,结果表明,用此法改质的沥青不仅具有良好的综合性能.而且易与工业生产配套,是一种很有实用价值的碳-石墨材料用粘结剂。
Through the methods of erossinking actalysis the popular medium coal tan pitch was convened into high quality binder for the carbon-graphite materials.On the bases analyses of modified theory, the effects of reformed low-press impregnating technique on the densification were esscussed,a new impregnating.rule for the densification──2/3 rule was proposed. Both of the carbonization yield and mechanical properties of modified pitch were investigated.The results indicated that the modified pitch in the present paper not only possesses fine synthtic properties,but also easity forms a complete set in industry,therefore this modified pitch is a practieal use binder for carbon-graphite materials.
