摘要
利用SRV滑动摩擦磨损试验仪研究了ZA27合金同种材质摩擦副在干摩擦和油润滑下的滑动摩擦特性。研究发现,ZA27合金在30#机油润滑下具有极好的耐磨性能;在干摩擦工况下易发生粘着,因而此材质不适宜用于相同材料配副的干摩擦工况。另外,合金元素Cu、Mg或Ce加入影响ZA27合金的微观组织,从而改善了它的滑动摩擦特性。
The sliding frictional properties of ZA27 alloys which are the same material friction couples have been researched under the dry friction and lubricant through SRV sliding friction testing apparatus.It has been found that ZA27 alloys have good abrasive-resistant properties under 30# oil lubricant,but they are not suitable for dry friction because they are easy to adhere under dry friction. The friction properties of ZA27 alloys adding elements Cu,Mg or Ce would be improved because these elements could be influence on their microstruetures.
