钛的织构与力学性能各向异性关系研究 被引量:21

摘要 用晶体取向分布函数(CODF)法测试了几种不同冷轧退火工业纯钛板(TA2)的织构取向分布,并讨论了织构取向与力学性能各向异性之间的关系。结果表明,(0002)基面型织构以及(1120)棱柱型织构当取向在板面内较分散分布时,使钛板材的板面力学性能各向异性程度达最小。而棱锥型织构如(1125)[1100]、(2025)[5502]等对改善各向异性不利。织构强度本身不是造成钛板材各向异性的主要因素。 The texture of commercially pure Titanium (C. P. Ti) sheets was investigated by using the crystallite orientation distribution function (CODF) analysis. And the influence of texture on the mechanical property anisotropy was discussed. The experimental results show that(0002) hasal textureand prismatic texture (1120) with its random orientations distributed along the θ=90° line on equal sections of CODF can minimize the anisotropy trend of mechanical property. Whereas pyramidal textures such as (1125)[1100),(2025)[5502] etc. can induce a pronounced anisotropic effect on mechanical properties. The magnitude of texture density has no obvious relationship with the mechanical anisotropic per formances in C. P. Ti sheets.
