析出硬化型热作模具钢（PH）的研制

Study of Hot-Worked Die Steel PH of Precipitation Hardening Type

介绍了ＰＨ钢成分设计特点，对ＰＨ钢不同冷速下的组织、性能进行了分析测试，证明其具有良好的析出硬化性能，尺寸效应不敏感。微合金元素的加入改善了其塑韧性、等向性能和加工性能，在锻模中使用可获得满意的效果。

This paper introduces the characteristics of chemical compositions in PH steel. The microscopical structures and mechanical properties under different cooling rates were tested and analysed.The results show,that PH steel has good precipitation hardening property and is not sensitive to size changes of mold. Trace alloy elements added improve its plasticity,longitudinal,and transverse toughness,and machinability. The satisfying results has been obtained for forging dies.
