摘要
对3004铝合金铸轧法生产罐材中间退火状态的织构进行了ODF(SpaceOrientationDistri-butionFunction)分析,结果表明该合金回复状态产生的{100}〈001〉依靠取向成核产生强织构;在再结晶状态产生的{100}〈001〉依靠取向长大产生强织构;回复处理保留了轧制织构,再结晶处理使这些轧制织构晶粒绕晶面法线和晶向产生转动。
By using the space orientation distribution function, the textures of 3004 aluminumalloysheet for can-making made by melt-rolling process were analysed. The results show that {100} <001>texture was produced in the alloy after recovery annealing and it relies on orientation nucleation ; {100}<001> texture was produced in the alloy after recrystallization and it relies on orientation growth. After recovery annealing, the rolling textures were maintained ;after recrystallization annealing, the grains of the rolling textures were turned round normal direction of crystal face and crystal orientation.
