灰铸铁激光表面熔敷与微量合金化

摘要 探讨了激光表面处理灰铸铁的工艺,运用1.2kWCO2激光重熔灰铸铁表面并进行Te、Cr、V、Mo和Mn的合金化处理。结果表明,激光表面处理时白口深度与激光器工艺参数成线性关系,且受合金元素与表面涂料的影响。其中,加Te合金化处理的效果最佳,渗碳体的分布形式有改善,其表面硬度和显微硬度值分别可达68HRC和1900HV。 The technic of laser surface treatment of gray iron has been studied in this paper. The remelting and alloying of gray cast iron (HT200) samples are performed by 1. 2kW CO2 laser machine.In order to take good advantage of the laser energy ,and to adhere Te element and other elements to the surfaces of the samples uniformly,many surface alloying coatings which contain different contens of Te,Cr,V,Mo and Mn being made up. The results show that the chill depth of samples is linear with the technic factor P/(D·V)1/2 of laser machine. The micro-hardness of samples treated by tellurium is thehighest. As a result surface hardness and microhardness is up to 68HRC and 1900HV.
