摘要
SKD61是一种含硅、铬、钼和钒的中合金热作模具钢,经适当的热处理后,马氏体组织细,碳化物溶解好,硬度高。它比3Cr2W8V钢有较好的耐磨性、高的冲击韧性和抗冷热疲劳性,高温区氧化速度慢,制作行星齿轮精锻模使用寿命为3CrWV钢的3倍左右。它是一种能够满足锻造要求的综合性能优良的模具钢。
Abstract SKD61 steel is a medium alloy hot-work mold steel,containing St,Cr,Mo and V as main alloying elements. After being proper heat treatment .this steel has fine martensite strcture and high hardness. Its wear resistance, impact strngth, themal fatigue resistance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance are superior to those of 3Cr2W8V steel. The lifetime of epicyclic gear forging dies made of SKD61 steel is about 3 times longer than that of 3Cr2W8V steel dies.
