摘要 Fe-17.5Cr-13.5Ni-2.5Mo合金表面注入N离子后,其自由腐蚀电位E0、孔蚀再钝化电位Ep及孔蚀电位Er均大大提高。在大应变量下,疲劳寿命下降;在小应变量下,疲劳性能改善。在电位E0下,其腐蚀疲劳寿命较离子注入前有所降低。在外加电位比E0低100mV时,其疲劳寿命较离子注入前提高。表面离子注入层的存在提高了材料的循环应力。 The fatigue and corrosion fatigue behaviors in an austenitic stainless steel after N ion implantation have been investigated. The ion implantation resulted in a shift of the free corrosion potential (E0),pitting potential (Er) and repassivation potential (Ep) in a NaCl solution to more noble values. After implanting N into the alloy,the fatigue life of the specimen decreased at high plastic strain amplitudes and increased at low plastic strain amplitudes in comparison with that of the specimens without ion implantation. At 30g/L NaCl solution,the corrosion fatigue life of the N ion implantation specimen was lower than that without ion implantation specimen at E=E0 and higher at an applied potential of 100mV lower than E0. The presence of the ion implantation film may induce an increase of the cyclic stress.
