摘要
研究了用我国特有Al-Si-Ti材料生产新型高性能活塞铝合金的可能性。在ZL108合金中添加0.3%~0.6%Ti,同时加入适量变质剂A和M,可以使该合金的力学性能超过ZL109的水平。
The Possibility of producing advanced and excellent Al alloy for pistons with domestic Al-Si-Ti materials was investigated. The room- and high-temperature tensile strengths of the ZL108 alloy,containing 0.3%~0. 6 % Ti and adding modifiers A and M simultaneously,could surpass those of the ZL109 alloy.
