摘要
介绍一种新材料轴承──精细陶瓷滚动轴承的开发和应用概况。氮化硅(Si3N4)与传统的高碳铬轴承钢相比,具有许多优良性能以及相同或更长的寿命。利用氮化硅的高耐热性、耐蚀性、耐磨性及非磁性、非导电性等特征,精细陶瓷轴承还可以用于高碳铬钢轴承难以适应的某些特殊环境。
The outline of development and application of a new material bearing-fine ceramic rolling bearing are discussed. The silicon nitride (Si3N4) has many excellent properties for the rolling bearing and the same as,or longer rolling fatigue life than that of the conventional high carbon chromium bearing steels. By the characteristics of high heat-resistance,corrosion resistance, wear resistance,non-magnetism and non-electric conductivity,etc. of the silicon nitride,the fine ceramic rolling bearing can be used in some special environments,which high carbon chromium steel bearing can not.
