自熔合金喷焊层耐磨粒磨损特性 被引量:10

摘要 以FZNCr-60A、FZNWC-35A、WF372及50%WF372+50%FZNWC-35A四种自熔合金粉末作为典型的耐磨粒磨损喷焊材料,用等离子和氧乙炔喷焊工艺制备的试样进行了销盘式低应力和碾压式高应力磨粒磨损试验。探讨了采用不同的喷焊材料与工艺所获得的喷焊层耐磨粒磨损的机理。结果表明,FZNWC-35A喷焊层在低应力与高应力磨粒磨损中都具有最优良的耐磨粒磨损性能;对于同一种喷焊材料,氧乙炔喷焊层比等离子喷焊层具有更好的耐磨粒磨损性能;等离子喷焊层的耐磨性不仅与喷焊材料有关,而且很大程度上取决于喷焊工艺。 This paper gives an account of the pin and disc low stress and the grinding high stress abrasive wear tests on the specimens made by using plasma and oxygen-acetylene flame spraying technology. In the tests,FZNCr-60A,FZNWC-35A,WF372 and 50%WF372+ 50%FZNWC-35A four kinds of selffluxing alloys are used as the typical spraying materials of abrasive wear resistance.This paper also explores the mechanism of abrasive wear resistance of spraywelding overlays obtained by various kinds of spraywelding materials and technology. The results show that FZNWC-35A overlays have the best resistance to the low stress abrasion and high stress abrasion;The resistance of oxygen-acetylene overlay to abrasive wear is better than plasma spraywelding one when the same material is used. The wear resistance of plasma spraywelding overlays depend on not only the spraywelding material,but also spraywelding parameters in great degree
