摘要
研究了加有2%mol/molTi的FeAl金属间化合物的超塑性现象,认为这种超塑性是一种大晶粒起塑性,是通过高温拉伸变形时的动态回复与动态再结晶实现的。在1000℃时其应变速率敏感性指数m的值在0.30~0.42范围内。在1.4×10-2/s应变速率时变形,总长伸长率能达208%。
Abstract Superplasticity phenomenon of FeAl alloy with 2at. % Ti has been investigated. It was found to be a large grain superplasticity and ascribed to the dynamic recovery and recrystallization in this alloy during tensile test at high temperature. The coefficient of the rate sensitivity of now stress,m value,is 0. 30 ̄0. 42 at 1000℃. The total elongation of FeAl alloy with Ti waS up to 208% at 1000℃ under strain rate of 1. 4× 10-2/s.
