摘要
应用Newton-Raphson法和低松弛法,在计入挤压效应的情况下,对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的弹流润滑(EHL)进行了瞬态的数值计算与分析,得到了高精度的收敛解。并与稳态计算进行了对比,发现了瞬态弹流润滑的一些特征。
Considering squeezing effect and comparing to the results of steady elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL),the numeirical analysis and evaluation of the transient EHL of involute spur gear have been Performed using Newton-Raphson and underrelaxation method and a convergence solution of high Precision is afforded.The Paper attain some fundamental characteristics of transient EHL.
