摘要
提出了一种适用于稳态轧制过程的热刚塑性耦合有限元方法,并依此对环件轧制过程进行了三维分析。结果表明,该方法能较精确地反映出环件轧制中各物理量变化规律。因此,为实现环件轧制过程的CAD/CAM奠定了基础。
A coupled thermal rigid-plastic finite element model is proposed for the analysis of three dimensional flow of metals in steady-state problems,and the simulation of ring rolling process is carried out.The Proposed model has the merits of reflecting the various aspects of ring rolling process more accurately and making it possible to realize the CAD/CAM system in practical ring rolling production.
