摘要
建立了直齿圆锥齿轮传动系统的振动模型,该模型考虑了齿轮刚体在各个方向的振动,以及包括输入、输出质量的整个系统的扭振。并分析了齿轮系统的激励因素及其特性,作者采用Fourier级数方法求解了系统的参变运动微分方程组,得到了系统的振动响应和动态特性,为直齿圆锥齿轮的动态设计提供了依据。
A dynamic model of the straight bevel gear transmission is established,the translational vibrations of rigid bodies of pinion and gear in every directions and the rotational vibrations of gearing system, including the moments of inertia of pinion and gear,machines connected to the input and output ends, were considered. The transmission error of the Pair of bevel gears that is made up of the alternation of meshing stiffness and manufacture error was regarded as the main excitation of system.Then,a series of time-varying differential equations discribing the motion of system was derived. Authors obtained the numerical solution by using Fourier series method and drawn the course of dynamic load on teeth. Further,the dynamic loads at different rotational speeds were calculated and the dynamic behaviour of straight bevel gearing was cleared, which would Provide an accurate and effective approach for dynamically designing a straight bevel gearing.
