抗肝片吸虫新药碘醚柳胺的合成研究

Synthesis of a New Anti-fascioliasis Drug-Rafoxanide

以邻二氯苯为起始原料,经硝比、醚化、还原、卤化、缩会等五步反应(总收率约46％),合成了抗肝片吸虫新药碘醚柳胺,并以红外光谱、质谱和元素分析等对此化学结构进行了确证。

Rafoxanide or Flukanide, the new anti-fascioliasisdrug, was firstly sythesised in our country from 1, 2-dicholobenzenevia nitration, etherification, reduction, halogenation and condensa-tion steps, the overall yield was about 46%. The structure wasproven by IR, MS and elementary analysis.
