摘要
对于非平稳和各态历经过程以及测试数据不足等问题的可靠性分析,传统的故障树理论未能给予很好的解决。针对上述问题,本文运用模糊集理论,提出了基于模糊数的故障树分析方法,并就机械加工系统给出应用实例。
Conventional fault tree an alysis does not give a sufrlcient infoim atipn conceming non-stationary process,non-ergodic process and the reliability problems where thc probability val-ues of the basic events are not well known. To overcome this shortcoming,the relativc frequencies of the basic evel1ts are considered as fuzzy numbers,he fuzzy set apprach to fault tree analysis is pres-ented,and finally,the method is illustrated through a real-like machining system.
