摘要
本文分析了外摆线和变幅渐开线的形成及其齿形几何特点,论述了用单圆弧滚刀滚切外.摆线轮齿的原理、啮合计算和滚刀设计方法。通过实验证明,单圆弧滚刀制造容易,切制齿轮效率高,齿形精度满足啮合传动要求,样机传动效率达0.92以上。
This paper analyses the cliaracteristics of epicycloid,involute and their tooth profiies,deals withthe principle and method of engagement calculation and hob design of cyeloid gear hobbing with single circr-lar-arc profile hob. The experiments show that the hob manufacturing is easy,the prodiictivity of cycloidgear hobbing is high,tlie precision of tooth profile is satisfied and the transmission efficiency of the prototypeis higlier than 0.92.
