根据链节开放副间的边数作平面运动链的型综合 被引量:6

摘要 本文把平面运动链看成由n_2杆及链节和n_3以上杆及链节所组成,把链节用其开放副间的边数表示。由一组排列数字表示的边数和链节结构一一对应。再使n_2杆及链节开放副的总数E_2和n_3以上杆及链节开放副的总数E_3递减相等,把两系统链节连接成运动链,其过程是通过边数进行的。此法较为简便。文中对平面8杆运动链的综合有详解。 This paper presents a new constructional theory about the formation of plane kinematiclinkages with binary links(known as N_2 chain links),ternary links(known as N_3 chain links)andlinks with more than 3 revolute joints. According to this theory,chain links are indicated in numbersof bars between two open joints, So a bar number indicated in a set of digits is corresponding to a speci-fied chain link.If the N_2 chain links, N_3 chain links, and N_j chain links, where j is more than 3,haveequal numbers of open joints, a linkage can be built by appropriately connecting them. The construct-ing process is easy as it is carried out only by addition of the bar nunibers. The constructing of 8-barlinkage is discussed in detail.
