摘要
本文计算了在不同条件下,螺棱间隙中的熔体对螺杆的支承力与该间隙厚度之间的关系,由此分析了湿度边界条件对螺杆稳定性的影响,提出了保证螺杆稳定性的措施,也为进一步分析熔体物性、螺棱间隙的几何参数及工艺条件对螺杆稳定性的影响创造了条件。
In this paper ,the relations between the thickness of the flight clearance and the bearing force ex-erted on the screw by the melt in that clearance were calculated. Thereafter , the influence of thermal con-ditions on stability of the screw was analysed ,and some measures were presented to insure stability of thescrew. These also pove the way for further study of the influences of physical proporties of the melt,ge-ometry of the clearance and operation conditions on stability of the screw.
