大型推力轴承热弹流动力润滑的性能计算 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用差分法解二维雷诺方法,能量方程;以边界无法求解轴承瓦体的三维温度场及瓦面热弹位移;对某水电厂大型推力轴承进行了热弹流体动力润滑性能分析;比较了不同进油边温度下推力轴承热弹流分析结果,及推力轴承在升速与降速时的性能。结果表明,进油边温度对推力轴承热弹流动力润滑性能计算的准确性有较大的影响。采用进油边温度迭代所得的推力轴承热弹流动力润滑性能计算值与实测值吻合良好。 Thermo-elasto-hydrodynamic (TEHD) analysis of a heavey thnat bearing of bydraulic genera-tor was carried out by solving numerically the coupled Reynolds and eneroy equations system, mean-while,3-dimensional temperature field of ped and theimoelasto sisplacement of pad surface were deter-mined with beundary element method. The effect of inlet temporature on the results of TEHD analysis and the bearing performances at two conditions of rotation speed increacing and decrcacing were investi-gated. The results show that inlet temperature has a significant effect on accuracy of calculation of bear-ing perfoimances. The theoritical results of TEHD porformances of the thrust bearing whcae inlet tempera-ture was determined by cool and hot oil iteration were coincident with the measured values.
