摘要
针对Conform连续挤压这一新型的挤压方法,提出了合理的基本假设。应用逐次单元法分析了挤压型腔与坯料之间的接触应力分布情况,并在这一分析过程中考虑了加工硬化因素,以提高计算精度。从而为连续挤压工艺参数的拟定及模具设计提供了依据。
In this paper,the small element bodies were cut on the surface of the billet,and the stress wasconsidered as uniformly distribution on the element surface,and then some reasonable hypotheses for the CON-FORM continuous extrusion were presented.Then according to the equilibrium conditions,yleld criteria andboundary conditio, every elementary stresses were calculated from the surface to the internal.By means of themathematic generalization,the contract stress distribution of the deformation region can be got. Therefore,theprocess paranleters of continuous casting and designing the dies can be provided.
