摘要
对由异弹模材料构成的闭式万向接轴进行了三维光弹性实验研究。求出了闭式万向接轴在传递扭矩过程中滑块表面的接触应力分布,找到了套筒和接轴头危险点所在位置,为改进和优化产品设计提供了有价值的实验数据。
In this paper,a three-dimensional photoelastic experiment was presented for studying closed var-ied-orientation transmission shaft, being made of materials with various modulus of elasticity. The details of thestress distribution were given and the location and magnitude of maximum stress were pointed out. The experimentand its results have provided a basis for improving and optimization design of the product.
