摘要 基于Ni基单晶合金细、微观组织结构变化及损伤特点,建立了统一的双参数蠕变损伤本构方程及寿命预测模型。初步的实验结果考核表明,所建模型可以准确地预测蠕变第二、第三阶段蠕变变形状态及破坏特征。 Based on the mesco-and micro-structure change and damage characteristic of the Ni-base singlecrystal superalloy,an united-two parameters creep-damage constitutive equation and the life predictive model havebeen set up in this paper.Primarily tested by experiments,the models can predict,in considerable condition,thesteady and teritary creep and rupture condition.
