摘要
在高温条件下长期工作的材料,由于组织粗化造成其持久性能下降,导致实际持久寿命较参数外推法计算值低。本文在Larson-Miller外推法和寿命损耗率理论基础上,提出组织粗化相当于产生了寿命损耗,得到了在考虑组织粗化时的寿命损耗率公式:对转化炉管材料HK40的实例估算表明,根据公式估算的持久寿命与实际较为接近。
The creep rupture life of reformer tube stcel HK40.inferred according to short time data tested atthe high stress,is often longer than the practical one,which may be attribute to microstructural coarsening。Com-bining Larson-Miller parameter method and the new idea of microstructural coarsening,a equation to calculate thedamaged proportion of the rupture lifp is suggested:The result is in relative agreement with the practice.
