摘要 以展开式多级齿轮级间等强度和体积最小的原则提出了中心距给定或不定时速比及中心距的分配方法。对于n级传动,通过求解n-1元超越方程(组)即可求出各级速比,进而按接触和弯曲强度确定各级中心距和齿轮其它设计参数。该方法可以求解平行轴展开式圆柱齿轮传动各种情况下的参数设计问题。 Take equal strength between stages and least volume of the multiple staged gear in the form of development as the principle, while the centre distance has or has not been given out, the distribution method of speed ratio and centre distance have been put forward. As for the n staged transmission through solving the transcendental equation with n-1 member the speed ratio of each stage can be found out and then proceed to define centre distance of each stage and other designing parameters of the gear according to the cotact and bending strength. This method can solve the problem of parametric design under various conditions of cylindrical gear drive in the form of developed parallel shafts.
