摘要
对CA141汽车发动机凸轮廓面磨削振纹形成机理进行了实验和分析研究,得出了与现有文献不同的结论。指出磨削振纹的形成不在于磨削力的大小,而在于磨削力变化率的大小。对称凸轮的振纹并不对称;振纹的位置并非一定发生在敏感点和曲线分段处等现象都可用磨削振纹是由于磨削力变化率过大引起的观点加以解释。还提出了消除和减少磨削振纹的途径。
In this paper,the forming theory of grinding vibration waviness of earn profile for CA141 automobile engines is studied experimentally and theoretically.Some results different from present documents are obtained.This paper points out that the forming of vibration waviness of grinding is not because of large or small grinding force but large or small variety ratio of grinding force.The vibration waviness of symmetry earn is not symmetry, the position of the viberation waviness does not certainly appear at the sensitivity poied and joints among curves etc. All these can be explained with the point that the grinding vibration waviness is due to large variety ratio of grinding force.The way of eliminating and reducing grinding vibration waviness is also discussed.
