摘要
根据弹性系数的定义，运用运输量和经济量对时间的模拟函数，推导出具有稳定性、动态性的确定运输弹性系数模型。运用此模型，对我国公路客运周转量的弹性系数进行了应用研究。
in terms of the definition of elasticity factor and simulation function of freightvolume and economic value versus time,the model of the transportation elasticity of the stability and dynamic characteristie will be deduced.With this model,the elasticity factor of the rotation volume of passenger transportation will be developed.
