摘要
从激光脉冲空问特性入手,提出M值对精密激光加工的影响。理论分析和试验表明,对一般金属材料而言,M>7对提高加工精度是有利的。
Starting with the space characteristic of laser pulse, this paper puts forward the value M affecting precision laser machining. Theoretical analysis and experiments have proved that the value M>7 is suitable to common metals to improve the accuracy of laser machining.
