摘要
研究了稀土对含锡１５％和３０％锡铅钎料系统润湿性、填缝性和接头强度的影响。结果表明，加入适量稀土ＲＥ（混合稀土），能明显提高锡铅钎料的润湿性和接头强度，但对锡铅钎料的填缝性影响不大。
This paper investigates the influence of rare earth on the wettability, joint strength and flowability of Sn-Ph solders containing 15% and 30 % Sn. The researchhas proved that the improvement of wettability and joint strength of Sn-Ph solders can be achieved obviously by adding suitable amount of RE; but the influence of RE on the flowability is of little significance.
