摘要
本文建立了TCS和TCS—I热偶精馏过程优化设计的数学模型;给出非清晰分割精馏塔最小回流比求解的通用数学模型和求解方法;也给出了以回流比为优化决策变量,以操作费加设备投资折旧费为目标函数的TCS和TCS—I热偶精馏的优化设计过程,编制了计算机通用程序;用苯—甲苯—乙苯物系为例进行了考核计算,并与普通精馏的两个分离序列进行比较,加热蒸汽节省29%,年费用节省30%,节能效果十分显著。
In this paper,the mathematica1 model is established for optimal design of thermally coupled systems(TCS and TCS-I)of distillation processes. The general mathematical model and solution for the minimum reflux ofnonsharp tower are given.The paper also gives TCS and TCS- I processes of optimal design employing the refluncesas decision variables and operating cost plus depreciation cbarge of equipment as an objective function.The generalcomputer programmes are worked out.The Benzene-Toluene-ethylbenzenc ternary system is used as an example tojustify the method,and compared with two common separation sequences. 29 percent of heating vapor and 30 per-cent of annual cost are saved,and the result of energy saving iS remarkable.
