摘要
激光标记由于具有标记清晰永久等特点而得到迅速发展。在激光器参数一定的情况下,标记质量在很大程度上取决于光学参数的选择。本文导出了能量密度、象深和物距之间的关系,给出了常用材料标记能量密度阈值的实验参数,对CO_2激光标记中光学系统设计有指导意义。
The laser marking has been rapidly developed because of its clarity and long life of the laser brand.Marking quality depends on the optical parameters of the system.This paper discusses the relation among the system parameters,such as energy density,image length,body distance,etc.The experimental results of the energy den-sity thresholds of some materials are listed.Those results are useful for designing the optical system of laser marking system.
