摘要
本文报导了一种具有精密恒温的角相位匹配KDP二倍频、三倍频系统,其特点是温度恒温控制在40℃,稳定度0,1℃。在大功率输出的Nd:YAG激光器中,实现0.53μm和0.355μm波长的连续稳定运转,其光脉冲能量涨落<±2%。
An angle phase matching KD P SHG and THG system with fine tem-perature control has been developed, the operating temperature is 40℃ and temperature stability is 0.1℃。 When the system applied in a high power output Nd:YAG laser,it can continuously and stable operate at 0. 5 3μm and 0.355μm。 The pulse energy fluctuation is less than ±0.2%。
