摘要
本文探讨了利用光栅实时测量大视角入射激光波长和方位的理论依据,并进行了误差分析;尝试并实现了利用光栅实时测量大视角入射激光波长和方位的方法;预见到光栅是实时测量大视角、宽频带、脉冲激光波长的有效元件。
The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical basis for measuring of the wavelength of laser beam incident at a big angle in real time by using a grating. According to the basis , the method has been realized. This paper indicates that grating is an effective element for measuring of wavelength of wide incident angle,wide band,pulsed laser.
