摘要
本文介绍通过系统辨识方法建立换热器的动态模型。首先用CMC-80单板机产生伪随机二位式序列(PRBS),作为辨识实验的测试信号,同时采集换热器在PRBS作用下的输出响应数据。然后利用估计准则方法及快速多步最小二乘法(FMLS)辨识换热器的动态模型。辨识模型给出的计算阶跃响应曲线与换热器的实际阶跃响应曲线比较表明:换热器动态模型辨识的结果是令人满意的。
In this paper, the dynamic model of a heat exchanger is established through an identification experiment. With a CMC-80 single-board microcomputer, a pseudo random binary sequence (PRBS)used as the test signal is produced and the output data of the heat exchanger excited by PRBS are acquired. Then, a criterion of estimate and FMLS (Fast Multi-Step Least Square) algorithm proposed by the authors are used to obtain the dynamic model of the heat exchanger. Comparison of the step response curve of the model to that derived actually from the heat exchanger shows that the result is satisfactory.
