湛江红橙准分子激光处理的诱变效应研究

MUTAGANIC EFFECTS OF EXCIMER LASER BEAM TREATMENT FOR ZHANJIANG RED ORANGE

准分子激光对湛江红橙无性繁殖材料（枝条）辐照的结果表明：在适当剂量辐照下，可以产生少核或无核的变异，并且可改善橙果的风味品质。同工酶的分析也显示出，准分子激光已能引起湛江红橙的遗传变异。

The result of excimer laser radiation of Zhanjiang red orange asexual propagationmaterials(branchs ) rhowed:the radiation of excimer laser with proper dosage can romoveseeds from a red orange (seeds of few seeds),and can improve the fruit quality(highsolubesolids)of red orange. Furthermore. The analysis of isoenzyme showed,the excimer laser irra-diation can induce thd heredity variation of Zhanjiang red orange.
