摘要
对兔用氦氖激光照射穴位、照射外生殖器,用生化方法测定兔子宜和卵巢的LDH酶活性,用聚丙烯酰胺凝肢电泳法测定LDH同工酶。激光照射后,LDH酶活性变化不大,但LDH同工酶各区带相对含量百分比产生变化,LDH5显著低于对照组,其它各区带均有程度不同的升高或降低。且子宫、卵巢两种不同组织LDH同工酶对激光敏感性不一;不同照射部位LDH同工酶表现不一。结果说明氦氖激光对与LDH有关基因的表达产生一定的作用效应。
The effects of He-Ne laser irradiation on acupoints on LDH activity were investigated. The rab-bits were irradiated by He-Ne laser once a day on external genitalia and acupoints with various power densi-ty:11.0mw/cm ̄2,26.0mw/cm ̄2,37.7mw/cm ̄2 ,44.2mw/cm ̄2,20 minutes on external genitalia individually; 78.0mw/cm ̄2 25 minutes on ″Yang Guan Acupoint″;41.6mw/cm ̄2 and 12. 7mw/cm ̄2 25 minutes on ″Cui QingAcupoint″41. 6mw/cm ̄2 and 12.7mw/cm ̄2 25 minutes on ″Three Yin Jiao Acupoint″;The rabbits were ex-posed to irradiation for six days and killed on the 8th day.From the uteri and Ovaria of the treated rabbits,the enzyme activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)had bern tested by the biochemical method,and isoen-zyme had been studied by the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.After laser irradiation,there werelittle change of LDH activity,but the relative percentage of LDH isoenzymes changed variously.LDH_5 wasmuch lower than that of the controlled group.Other bands increased or decreased at variant degree.The sen-sitivity of LDH isoenzymes to laser was different in the uteri and ovaria.Diverse bands of the isoenzymes haddiverse sensitivity to laser irradiation,which indicated that different locations on nuclear acid have differentsensitivity to laser.The experiment showed that stimulation of He-Ne laser could produce the expressive ef-fect on the LDH ralating gene.
