对接焊缝超声波探伤质量评定的微机处理

摘要 阐述了用微机进行对接焊缝超声波探伤质量评定的全过程,编制了AUTOLISP程序。该方法快速、准确,更适合工业上的在线探伤及进行大量数据的处理,而且避免了探伤人员的人为误差,提高了探伤的工作效率,评定结果及原始数据可作为资料保存,有一定的实用价值。 The whole procedures are expounded of supersonic detection of butt-joined seams in quality assessment done by microcomputer,and a AUTOLISP program is made.The method is so rapid and accurate that it is rather suitable for the line detection in industry and to bandle a large number of data, avoiding man-made errors by detecting operators and improving the efficlency in detection of defects,The assessment results and original data,which have some practical value, can be documented.
