摘要
介绍了激光扫平仪在工程机械上的一种动态应用。激光扫平信号与闭环控制系统结合,可实现地面的水平平整。文中对影响平整精度的误差作了详尽的分析。初步分析和实验结果表明:在250×250m2的工作范围内,平整精度优于±25mm。
Dynamic application of laser scanning device for flatness in the engineering machinery is introduced in this paper.The laser flatting signal combined with a closed-loop control system can be used in automatic level flatting of the ground.The derailed analysis of the error factors that effect the flatting accuraCy is also given.It proved that the flatting accuracy is better than of 25mm in the working range of 250×250m2.
