摘要
在TEACO_2激光器中进行了几种气体促复和固体催化作用的研究,在以2%H_2和常温固体催化剂相结合的试验中,获得稳定辉光放电寿命达7×10 ̄6次脉冲。
Study of catalytic action has been operated by employing some gases and solid for TEA CO_2 laser. The lifetime of TEA CO_2 laser over 7×10 ̄6 shoots has been obtained at stable glow discharge combining 2%H_2 with roorn temperature solid catalyst.
