摘要
采用激光感生荧光技术测量了Nd:MgO:LiNbO_3晶体的偏振荧光光谱。简要地说明了Nd:MgO:LiNbO_3双晶体腔内互倍频的基本原理,并在实验中用染料激光作泵浦源实现了其双晶体腔内互倍频运转;得到543nm单横模倍频绿光单端输出约6mW,腔前泵浦阈值约38mW,总转换效率约为1.3%。
the polarized fluorescence spectroscopy of Nd : MgO: LiNbO_3 crystal is measured with a technique of exciting fluorescence pumped by a laser. The principle of the intracavity frequency dou-bling between a pair of y cut Nd :MgO :LiNbO_3 crystals is discussed briefly,and has been demonstrated with a dye laser as the pump source in experiment. The TEMoo mode frequency doubling lascr(543nm )up to 6mW and pumped threshold incident on cavity as low as 38mW are achieved; the total conversion efficiency of the system is 1.3%。
