摘要
本文根据高斯光束空间传输场强表达式,与多光束迭加原理,计算了不同腰斑半径的高斯基模(TEM_oo)注入共焦F-P腔时,腔内功率和腔精细度随共焦腔离焦量的变化关系。绘出了腔扫描时的透射峰曲线。在计算中考虑了附加相移的影响。结果说明注入光腔的腰斑半径与腔模腰斑匹配愈好,离焦量对腔内功率影响愈小。
Using the transmission equation of the Gaussian beam fundamental mode(TEM_oo)and the multi-beam superposition principle,We calculated the intracavity powerand the finesses of cavity as the functions of injected the waist sizes of Gaussian beam and thedeparture from the confocal mirror separation. The curves of transmissive peaks during thecavity scanning have been given by the numerically computing. We find that the better thematching between the waist sizes of cavity mode and injected beam is,the smaller the influence of the off-focus amount is.
