钳夹法CO＿2激光包皮环切术（附1132例报告）

Application of the forcipressure to the CO_2 laser circumcision a report of 1132 cases

本文报告了应用钳夹法ＣＯ＿２激光进行包皮环切手术１１３２例，随访率８１％（９１７／１１３２），随访时间１～４年。随访病例中无伤口感染及术后伤口出血，伤口愈合后创缘整齐。无增生性疤痕及疤痕缩窄，取得了满意疗效。重点介绍了手术方法及其注意事项和作者应用该方法的体会。

cases of patients were treated by the forcipressure to the CO_2 laser circumeision from October 1987 to December 1991.Among them 917 cases were followed up for 1～4 years and the follow-up rate was 81%.All of the cases were operated successfully and treated without complications. Compared with the traditional method,forcipressure to the CO_2 laser circumcision has advantages in lit-tle bleeding,no infection,without incrassate scar and shrinkage.
