摘要
本文研究了T1高速钢的激光相变硬化特征。为了进一步发挥激光相变强化的硬化潜力,还讨论了不同回火温度对激光淬火区的强化效果的影响。试验结果表明T1高速钢经激光相变硬化后再经600℃回火可以大大提高其强化效果。这种处理可使其洛氏硬度为HRC70。另一方面,激光硬化可以显著改善T1钢的回火硬度和红硬性。经激光处理后,其抗回火软化能力可以提高150℃左右。
The tempering stability of the surface of T1 high speed tool steel can be greatly inproved wher laser heating is used for the hardening process. The sur-face resistance to temper softening can be raised by 150℃to 200℃. The tempered hardness is still as high as HRC58,even when tempered at 700℃.The hardness of the laser-hardened zone is greater by 6-7 HRC numbers,compared with the con-vertional heating and quenching technique.
