摘要
采用红外光谱、广角X光衍射、示差扫描量热分析法研究全间位聚醚醚酮酮(PEEKmK)的基本物性与结晶行为。实验结果表明:PEEKmK红外光谱中1030cm ̄(-1)处有一特征吸收峰,其广角X光衍射谱在20.7°处的衍射峰消失。在不同温度下对PEEKmk无定形样品进行热处理表明:在较高温度(200℃~240℃)下样品才能结晶,其结晶程度远小于全对位聚醚醚酮酮。
Poly m-aryl ether ether ketone ketone(PEEKmK) was synthesized and its viscosi-ty,IR,WAXD and DSC were tested. A study has been done on the crystallization ofPEEKmK amorphous samples treated at different temperatures and time. When heat-treatedtemperature was below 220℃ or above 240℃, the crystallization velocity of PEEKmK wasdecreased,while treated at 200℃,the crystallinity increased with the increase of heat-treat-ed time. In addition,no diffraction peak of PEEKmK at 2θ= 20.7°appeared, compared withthat of the common PEEKK. This indicates the there is difference between the crystallinestructure of PEEKmK and PEEKK.
