摘要
提出了一种用分光光度法直接测定食物中锗的斩方法.在3.0mol/L的磷酸介质中,适量的CTMAB和OP存在下,锗(Ⅳ)与PF形成稳定的橙红色配合物,其λ_max=505nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.63×10 ̄5L/(mol·cm).方法的变异系数小于4.0%,回收挛96.1%~99.3%.
A new method used directly to determine germanium in food spectropho-tometrically is proposed in this article. In the 3. 0 mol/L phosphoric acid medium with prop-er-amounts of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and polythene glycol-octan phenyl ether,Ge(Ⅳ)and phenylfluorone(9-phenyl-2,3,7-trihydroxy-6-fluorone)(PF) form a stable,or-ange-red Ge(Ⅳ)-PF complex with an absorption maximum at 505 nm and a molar absorptivi-tv of 1. 63×10 ̄5L/(mol,cm). The variation coefficient of the method is less than 4.0%andrecoverv is 96.1%~99.3%.
