Resistance Function of GNS to VCR Initiating Lymphocyte Sisters Single Chromosome Exchange

以人外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换（ＳＣＥ）为指标，长春新碱（ＶＣＲ）为阳性对照，探讨人参茎叶总皂甙（ＧＮＳ）对ＶＣＲ诱发人外周血淋巴细胞ＳＣＥ互换的拮抗作用。实验结果表明：ＶＣＲ可使人外周血淋巴细胞ＳＣＥ的互换率增高，并存在着明显的剂量－效应关系．

Take human body' s outer blood lymphocyte sisters single chromosome exchangeas target,take(Changchun new alkali)(VCR)as positive contrast, we studied the resis-tance function of GNS to VCR which initiates human body' s outer blood lymphocyte sistersSCE. Experiment results show that VCR could make exchnge rate of human body' s outerblood lymphocyte sisters SCE increased and there exists clear dosage-effect relations be-tween VCR amount and SCE.
