摘要
提出了一种以测量峰高和峰面积吸光度及原子停留时间为基础的测定原子吸收光谱分析中石墨炉原子化效率的方法,测定了日立GA-3石墨炉内Ag,Cd,Cr,Ga,Ge和In等元素的原子化效率β和ε_α值。结果表明,在所研究的温度范围内Ag和Cd的β和ε_α值基本上是稳定的,而其余四个元素的β和ε_α值于较高温度区达到稳定值。
The atomization efficiency of a Hitachi GA-3 furnace for the production and con-tainment of atomic vapor was determined for Ag,Cd,Cr,Ga,Ge and In by a method pro-posed under non-isothermal conditions. The method is based on the measurements of resi-dence time, peak height and peak area absorbances,Two different atomization efficiencies βand ε_α were calculated;Experimental results show that the values of βand ε_α for Ag and Cdappeared to be stable in the temperature region studied.However,the β and ε_α values of oth-er four elemeiits(Cr,Ga,Ge,In) reached a stable value in the higher temperature region。
