摘要
研究了掺Sb对biSrCaCuO超导电性的影响.对Bi系材料中Sb,Pb的最佳含量和烧结工艺进行了探索。
We investigated the effect of doping of Sb on the superconductivity of Bi(Pb)Sr-CaCuO. We searched suitable compostion of Sb,Pb and sintering technique. Experimentalresults indicate that composition of 0. 09~0.11 Sb is suitable for forming high- T_c phase insamples with compostion Bi_(1.7-x)Pb_xSb_(0.3)Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y(x=0,0. 05,0. 07,0. 09,0.11,0. 13,0. 15 ).We obtained Bi_(1.5)Pb_(0.3)Sb_(0.3)Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y superconducting with T_c(0)=110 K by an-nealling at 845℃ for 57h,The XRD analyses indicate that the sample is almost a pure sin-gle high-T_c phase.
