Modeling Lining Pressure Distributions and Calculating Performance Parameters in Wet Multiple Disc Brakes

在大型工程机械车辆中，湿式多片制动器正在逐步取代传统的干式制动器。针对湿式多片制动器的工作特性，分析了衬片压力均布模型的局限性，进而提出新的分布模型，并推导相应的性能参数计算公式，为国内开发设计湿式多片制动器提供了理论依据。

The wet multiple disc brakes (WMDB) are progressively replacing the traditional dry brakes in construction machinery. Considering the WADB operating conditions, the paper pionts out the limitation of uniform lining pressure distribution model and presents a new theoretical model, and then derives the performance parameters formulae which can be used in a new design.
